At The Happy Expats, we offer two kinds of team coaching:

Our team coaching programs typically run for 4 to 6 months. We tailor each program to the specific needs of your team.
Every program includes:
• A team intake with the manager or sponsor
• Individual intakes with team members
• At least six group sessions (live or online)
• Assignments between sessions to apply what you’ve learned
• Optional e-learnings on topics like feedback, cultural identity, and team norms
• Mid-program reflection and end-of-program evaluation
We also work with systemic coaching, voice dialogue, the Into Drives scan, DISC scan, and practical tools that bring clarity, movement, and engagement.
