What do you do when things become tense?
People-pleasing, pushing through, procrastinating, minimizing yourself… or overcompensating.
You will discover:

2. Ownership: responsibilitywithout taking over
Here we make it practical:
✔ what is mine / what belongs to the other?
✔ how do I give responsibility back without irritation?
✔ how do I make agreements that fit time and energy?
You practice:
✔ saying no without an explanation marathon
✔ clearly asking for support
✔ exercising influence
3. Impact without burnout: your sustainable rhythm
Impact becomes sustainable when you take focus and recovery seriously.
You build:

Allard Klok – Team Coach and Program developer
Allard leads our work in team coaching and development. With over 20 years of experience guiding teams and leaders, he helps people work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and stay motivated, especially in times of change. Allard has his own team coaching firm named the Rechargery.
He makes personal leadership the new standard. So that people are no longer driven by busyness, uncertainty, or automatic patterns, but consciously choose how they want to act. With clarity aboyt what's right, the courage to speak up about what's needed, and the responsibility for the influence you do have. That brings calm and direction.
Simon Jansen – Strategic Career and Life Coach with real-world boardroom experience
Before becoming a coach, Simon worked with people from all over the world and held 14 different roles at Dutch banks, including Managing Director. He knows what it’s like to climb fast, feel off-track, and recalibrate. Now he helps international professionals and teams find clarity, energy, and purpose in their careers.
With a sharp mind and a warm style, Simon helps you focus on what really matters in your next move, whether it’s a career switch, more leadership presence, or finding your balance.

Our approach
We work the way life is: sometimes clear, sometimes messy, often busy.

No, this is training. We work with recongnizable patterns and choices, but always with a focus on: what will you do differently starting tomorrow? If something personal comes up, that's ok. We keep it practical and safe.
That's a very normal concern and you’re not the only one.
We work in a small group (maximum 15 people), and you decide yourself what you share.
You can practice new behaviors without having to put your whole life story on the table.
You will definitely talk, but mostly you will do things. Think: short reflections, smart exercises, and practicing with situations you recognize (work and private life).
Both. Ownership is about you: choices, boundaries, responsibility, inner calm.
It works in meetings… and at the kitchen table.

That’s why we build it smartly: you choose one achievable experiment and make it small enough to sustain. (And if you add a pitstop/buddy — even better.) Relapse is not failure; it is data.
Exactly then. We focus less on “yet another insight” and more on: choose, practice, apply. Many participants say: “Finally something that sticks.”
